Sugeshnee Naidoo is the Managing Director of Enermous Foam Tapes, an award-winning South African manufacturer of foam and adhesive tapes. She has led the business through innovation, including the introduction of water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive technology, while creating local jobs and supporting her community. She has overcome an autoimmune condition, survived a brain tumour, and rebuilt her factory after it was destroyed in the 2021 unrest, all while raising a family and continuing to grow the business.
