Nomandla Dlamini is the founder and CEO of D-Chem Group, a Pietermaritzburg-based manufacturer of cosmetics and personal care products. A PhD chemist, she combines scientific research with product innovation to create quality, affordable skincare and household products for the South African market.
She started D-Chem from a garage and has grown it into a trusted manufacturer supplying leading retailers. Inspired by a childhood in which her family relied on a single bar of soap for every household task, she is on a mission to make everyday products more accessible.
