An experienced, versatile coffee expert and consultant, Thomas is passionate about implementing and executing high standard theoretical and practical training curricula for baristas. He has also worked with Seattle Coffee and Truth Coffee Roasting and, prior to his coffee journey, was a professional soccer player in his home country Zimbabwe.
