Having first joined the industry back in 2011, the founder of Cape Coffee Beans has had a front-row seat to the development of the industry and changes in consumer behaviours and attitudes towards online shopping.
In this recipe, he shares valuable insights in things like the importance of getting the customer experience right, setting up payment options, and the pros and cons of direct importing. He also gives practical advice on crafting a returns and refund policy, and developing a marketing and advertising strategy that respects an entrepreneur’s limited resources.
