Dr Rethabile Sonibare is the founder and Director of Molo Mhlaba Schools, a network of philanthropic iSTEAM (innovation, science, technology, engineering, the arts and maths) primary schools for the girls of Khayelitsha. A trained social worker, she has over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector and has headed up large-scale projects and consultancies in public health, HIV/AIDS prevention, basic education and understanding gender and vulnerability.

So how do we address these inequalities and enable better futures for them? Dr Rethabile Sonibare, founder of Khayelitsha-based private girls school Molo Mhlaba shares her story of impact, explaining in ten wholesome bites how she built her establishment from the ground up.
