About This Recipe

Storytelling is a powerful communication tool, often overlooked in business. Through narrative, complex information becomes easier to understand and digest. Bridget McNulty, founder of sweetlife.org.za and diabetesadvocacy.org.za, believes that all humans have an innate longing to make a positive contribution to the world. By tapping into this human longing with an authentic, well-told story, you can capture attention, encourage interaction, and inspire action. In this recipe, Bridget shares how storytelling has helped her make an impact on the diabetic community in South Africa. She explores how to incorporate statistics and complex concepts into stories, as well as securing funding to tell those stories.
